Welcome to a home where thoughtful updates, quality improvements, and inviting spaces come together beautifully. Natural light fills the living areas, enhanced by Low-E windows, a patio door, and steel front door installed in 2016, while neutral tile flooring and warm wood flooring added in 2023 create a comfortable, timeless feel. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation in 2014, including a full demolition and remodel, and now features rich cabinetry, light quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, recessed lighting, and under-cabinet lighting. Just beyond, a charming dry bar with glass shelving and wine cooler, added in 2015, creates an ideal space for entertaining. Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully updated. The hall bath received new tile and vanity in 2015, while the primary bathroom was completely remodeled in 2017 and features contemporary finishes, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with pebble accents, and an overhead rain shower. Solar tubes added in 2016 and 2017 bring additional natural light into the bathrooms. Additional improvements include tile flooring and recessed lighting in 2014, ceiling fans and lighting in four rooms in 2015, a security system added in 2021, and interior and exterior painting completed in December 2023. A versatile room with a Murphy bed and flanking shelves easily transitions between a comfortable guest space and home office. The home also features a Rheem Performance Platinum digital water heater installed in December 2021, offering convenient electronic temperature controls for easy operation and monitoring. Outside, the backyard has been transformed into a wonderful Arizona retreat. Mature trees and shrubs were added in 2018, followed by approximately 1,600 square feet of pavers in 2020 and landscape rock in 2021, creating an expansive setting for morning coffee, entertaining, or relaxed evenings under the Arizona sky. Major improvements continue overhead with a new roof installed in 2014, professionally recoated approximately every four years, with the most recent roof coating completed in January 2025. With extensive updates, warmth, character, and thoughtful details throughout, this home offers a wonderful combination of comfort, functionality, and pride of ownership--ready for its next owner to settle in and make it their own.
